Yes, a converter of this type can be used in the 10–100 W range, but the exact board in your photo must be rated for that power. The picture alone doesn't establish its maximum wattage.

For a typical ~90% efficient converter:

Output power Approx. input current at 12 V at 24 V
10 W ~0.9 A ~0.46 A
50 W ~4.6 A ~2.3 A
100 W ~9.3 A ~4.6 A

So 100 W at high voltage requires substantially more input current, especially from a 12 V supply.

If you send me the model number/specification printed on the board or its listing, I can tell you whether that particular module is suitable for 10 W, 50 W, or 100 W. ⚠️ Its high-voltage output can be dangerous.
